horizontally lobed, each face with overlapping petals spirally outward, wide mouth, rounded oval foot ring, carved in relief with one side
at the center a taiji symbol, the glass a vibrant ruby red. with a qilin emitting a cloud supporting a book, reversed with a carp
2 1/4in (5.7cm) high emitting a cloud supporting a pavilion, the glass of rich egg yolk-
yellow; together with a yellow glass snuff dish.
