A post-sale license to export a rhinoceros horn object from
the UK to any destination outside the European Union may
be granted in very limited circumstances by the United
Kingdom Government, following an application by the Buyer
on the basis of value/weight formula and authentication as a
pre-1947 genuine and original work of art by an authorised
member of the designated signatory panel. The rules
may be subject to further revision by the United Kingdom
Government and Bidders are requested to contact the
department for further information in advance of the sale.
現階段英國政府仍可能於少數情況下簽發售後出口證照，準
予犀角製品出口至歐盟以外地區。買方須向有關部門提出申
