A BRONZE RITUAL WINE VESSEL, HU
LATE SPRING AND AUTUMN PERIOD,
LATE 6TH-EARLY 5TH CENTURY BC
The pear-shaped body is cast in relief with a wide grid of
twisted rope pattern below a slightly waisted neck fanked by
mask handles suspending loose rings. The bronze has a dark,
mottled patina and some green encrustation.
