AN OPAQUE JADE HALBERD BLADE, GE
SHANG DYNASTY, CIRCA 1400-1100 BC
The ge has a median rib on both sides interrupted by a single hole drilled from
both sides, and the edges of the blade are beveled. The jade is now opaque and
of pale buf color.
