The dish is finely decorated in the medallion in yellow enamel with a five- Porcelain from the 19th and 20th centuries in the Weishaupt Collection,
clawed dragon reaching for a flaming pearl amidst flame scrolls on a blue London, 1987, p. 108, no. 156. A related dish with yellow dragons on
ground. The cavetto and the exterior are decorated en suite, each with two a dark blue ground, Guangxu mark and period, is illustrated in The
