A CARVED QUARTZITE DOUBLE SNUFF BOTTLE

16 The bottle is carved in the form of two eggplants pendent from
a deeply undercut vine at the top. The tops of the bottles are of
translucent vermilion tone that fades to pale yellow towards the
bottom.

The bottle is decorated with swimming carp with fanned tails.
