A SANCAI-GLAZED POOTERY AMPHORA
Tang dynasty
Elegantly potted with an ovoid body tapering to the foot, a waisted
neck and a pair of curved double-strap handles each applied with
three bosses and terminating in dragon heads that grasp the lip, the
green, amber and clear glaze splashed over the handles, neck and
shoulders, raised on a concave foot.
