A FINELY CARVED WHITE JADE 'ELEPHANT AND FIVE BOYS' CARVING
18TH CENTURY
The beast is intricately carved standing with its' head turned to one side, with the trunk curled below the
tusks. There are fve boys climbing on and standing beside the elephant, each holding auspicious objects
including peaches and lingzhi sprays.
