註：蘿蔔、竹筍、香菇、白菜，合為四蔬，紅、赭、藍、綠，四色分
陳，白石老人以所嗜之清蔬入圖，香味雖未能呈於畫面，惟以其筆墨
俐落生動，設色鮮麗，狀物雖簡，卻攝取物情物態，足以盡「色香味」
之美。此亦「山廚清蔬」、「清白家風」合組而成，畫家多選取一二為
題，四者合置，豐腴細巧，型態各異，高低錯落，分佈畫面，亦切合
畫家出身農家之背景。
