21cm (8 1/4in) high (2). cover and box with key-fret border, the interior lined with yellow silk,
elaborately carved hongmu stand. 27.5cm (10 7/8in) wide (3).

The rectangular tray with narrow handles at each end, mounted with 19th century
silver cusped foliate bracket panels to the corners and a plain silver Comprising: a small circular zitan box and cover with ribbed edges; a
panel to the front, with Glasgow silver import marks for 1895 and mountain-shaped five peaks zitan brush rest; and a square zitan tray
stamped Chinese marks. with waisted sides and supported on four short angular feet.
