gently splayed foot, rising to a slender waisted
neck and everted rim, flanked on either side by
a pair of sinuous chilong cast in high relief as if
scrambling across the vessel, the musculature,
spine and face finely detailed, splashed evenly
with dapples of gilt, the base recessed
