A RARE SILVER AND GREEN JADE SNUFF BOTTLE
China, Qing dynasty (1644 - 1911), Late 19th Century
Of an elegant, circular shape, two facets with two medallions in spinach-green jade, chiselled
at the borders with two circles; in the center of two facets there are two, coral spheres;
decorated with small, coral and turquoise inclusions at sides and at the base. A very small
piece of coral is missing on one side.

Dall’elegantissima forma circolare sulle due facce spiccano due medaglioni di giada color
verde spinacio intagliati sui bordi con due cerchi; al centro delle due facce sono presenti due
sfere di corallo; ai lati e sulla base è decorata con piccole inclusioni di corallo e turchese.
Manca di un piccolissimo pezzetto di corallo sul lato.
