TWO FINE WU SHANG PU PORCELAIN VASES
China, Qing dynasty (1644 - 1911), Late 19th Century
Painted with polychrome enamels in the tones of famille rose, decorated with figures that
alternate with inscriptions from the manual“Wu Shang Pu”. One vase has a star-headline at the
base.
Conditions very good. Height 19 - 20 cm.

China, Qing dynasty (1644 - 1911), Late 19th Century
Elegantly decorated with two, red, five-claws dragons chasing the flaming pearl; the border is
decorated with ruyi and the foot with stylized, chrysanthemum leaves; a hole for water drainage
in the center of the base.
