DAOGUANG SEAL MARK AND PERIOD
with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared
rim, vividly enamelled on the exterior with a flowering and
fruiting branch of kugua vines, the undulating stem with
fleshy leaves, the fruit split open, continuing across the
interior and flanked by sprays of bamboo with a hovering
butterfly, the cover similarly decorated, the base inscribed
with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue
