               QING DYNASTY OR EARLIER
               The scholar’s rock is worked into a vertical form wrought with narrow aperture
               with irregular outline and richly textured surface, inscribed with Zhizheng niansan
               jiliuyue, juanyun, Wang Meng ji (Recorded by Wang Meng in the 6th month of
               the Zhizheng 23rd year).

               Linglong shanguan zhencang Song shi, ‘Song-dynasty rock in the collection o

               銘文:至正廿三季六月、卷雲、王蒙記
               木座題識:馬氏玲瓏山館珍藏宋石
               馬日琯(1688-1755),安徽祁門人,後遷揚州,所居園曰小玲瓏山
               館。乾隆初舉鴻博,然不就。
