The style of decoration on this pot suggests he probably ordered it on
Gustav Gabriel Loodh (1726-1779) was for much of his career a his first voyage, and he may have ordered further porcelains on a later
supercargo with the Swedish East India Company. He served as a voyage which are known with famille rose flowers.

He was born in 1726 in Fästered, Finnekumla, Västergötland, son
of Gustaf Gabriel Loodh (senior) and Juliana Cecilia Christophers.
He married first Cecilia Beijer in 1751, having at least three sons (all
