the compressed globular body rising from
three short tapering feet to a slightly everted
rim, ! anked by a pair of upright loop handles,
the exterior patinated to a warm russet tone
accentuated by gilt splashes, the base with an
apocryphal six-character Xuande mark within a
recessed cartouche

mouth open to reveal sharp fangs, the body
detailed with a curling, combed mane and upright
