A PALE BLUE-GROUND UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND
COPPER RED-DECORATED VASE
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)

清乾隆 天藍釉青花釉里紅花鳥紋瓶

The vase is decorated to the exterior with raised chrysanthemums
outlined in copper red and highlighted in white, fanking a bird
perched upon bamboo. It is covered in a pale blue glaze sufused
with occasional beige crackles.

                                                                    A SMALL WHITE-GLAZED CARVED VASE
                                                                    17TH-18TH CENTURY

                                                                    清十七/十八世紀 白釉螭龍銜靈芝紋長頸瓶

                                                                    The vase is crisply carved to body with two sinuous chilong clasping lingzhi
                                                                    sprigs in their mouths, below a band of ruyi heads to the shoulder and stif
                                                                    leaves to the neck. It is covered in a transparent glaze of creamy white tone,
                                                                    sufused with a network of russet crackles.
