The group comprises a pale celadon and russet jade snuf bottle carved on one side with a dragon; a coral
snuf bottle carved with birds in a garden with pine, prunus and lingzhi fungus; a ‘realgar’ glass snuf bottle; a
hair crystal snuf bottle and an overlay glass snuf bottle carved with cranes, horses and fgures in a garden.

                                                                      清十八/十九世紀 象牙人物圖鼻煙壺一組兩件

                                                                      One fattened snuf bottle is carved on one side with a scholar and his servant
                                                                      and on the other side with two scholars in a landscape. The other snuf bottle
                                                                      is stained with green and red pigments and is carved in relief with a continuous
                                                                      scene of elegant ladies on a fenced terrace overlooking a garden.
