                                                        LATE 19TH CENTURY

                                                        清十九世紀末 翠玉碗

                                                        The bowl is raised on a short circular foot and is
                                                        carved with gently fared sides. The stone is of a
                                                        pale celadon tone with some milky white veins and
                                                        a russet inclusion.

CARVINGS

The group comprises: a white and russet jade
sword slide carved with a chilong; a mottled
grey and black jade carving of a fsherman; a
white jade carving of a chilong and bi disc; and
a pale yellow jade carving of a cicada.
