A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE VASES

清康熙 青花花鳥紋瓶 一對
The vases are modelled after a Venetian glass prototype and are each decorated to the globular lower
section with fowers amongst broad leaves, surmounted by a tall neck with similar design and fanked by
two pierced foliate handles, the fared necks are decorated with birds perched on fowering branches.
