A FLAMBÉ-GLAZED VASE, HU
18TH CENTURY

清十八世紀 窯變釉杏圓貫耳方壺

The vase is moulded on each side with a large peach-shaped
panel and is covered in a purplish-red glaze streaked with
bright turquoise thinning to beige on the extremities.

                                                            清同治 胭脂紅釉碗 六字楷書款

                                                            The bowl is formed with deep rounded sides and a gently fared mouth
                                                            rim. It is covered to the exterior in a vibrant pink glaze, stopping neatly at
                                                            the mouth and foot rims.
