A CARNELIAN AGATE CARVED ‘BAT AND LINGZHI’ VASE
GROUP
18TH-19TH CENTURY
清十八/十九世紀 瑪瑙福至心靈擺件
The vase is carved as a large lingzhi fungus surrounded by smaller
lingzhi and leaves growing from a gnarled openwork stem. The sides of
the lingzhi are carved with bats in fight. The stone is of a varied tone,
ranging from deep red to white.

二十世紀 孔雀石觀世音菩薩立像
The deity is carved standing with her hands folded before her body. She wears
long fowing robes, her hair is tied in a high topknot and she has a benevolent
expression on her face. The stone is of an attractive green striped tone.
