A FINE AND VERY RARE GOLD DISH
SONG DYNASTY (AD 960-1279)
The circular dish is chased in the center with a dense, elegant design of two leafy, S-shaped stems,
each bearing a large blossom, and the fat, everted rim is chased with a band of ‘cash’ pattern below
the rolled edge.
