A WHITE JADE RETICULATED ‘CHILONG’
PARFUMIER
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The parfumier is intricately carved and pierced around the body with
sinuous chilong amidst scrolling foliage between key-fret bands, with
silver mounts at either end. The translucent pale celadon stone has an
even soft sheen, with areas of russet streaks and opaque inclusion.
