A FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN ‘BATS’ SNUFF BOTTLE
JINGDEZHEN KILNS, 1790-1880
The pear-shaped bottle is decorated with iron-red bats in fight
amidst multi-colored clouds, and with fve bats (wufu) encircling
the seal mark on the rounded base. The base has a Qianlong four-
character seal mark in iron red.
