A BLUE-OVERLAY WHITE GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
1780-1880
The transparent, cobalt-blue overlay is carved through to the
translucent white ground on either main side with a carp leaping
amongst scattered water weeds. Each narrow side is decorated with a
mask and ring handle.

1770-1860
The dark green opaque overlay is carved through to the translucent
caramel-brown ground with a dense, continuous design of squirrels
climbing amidst leafy grape vines.
