A PALE GREEN JADE ‘PRUNUS’ VASE
QING DYNASTY, QIANLONG PERIOD
of slender meiping form, supported on a at circular foot and
countersunk base, rising to a gently aring mouth, the sides
carved in relief with two prunus trees extending up over the
shoulder of the vase, with full blooms and buds borne on the
gnarled stems, the pale green stone with some light brown and
opaque white inclusions
