A RARE PAIR OF CELADON-GLAZED
BRACKET-LOBED SAUCERS
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE
BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Each dish has shallow rounded sides molded with a wide band of petals
stopping beneath the bracket-lobed mouth rim. The exterior and interior are
covered in a glaze of soft sea-green tone, which thins to white on the mouth
rim and the edges of the petals.
