Qianlong seal mark, Republic Period
The unusually shaped vessel decorated with a continuous landscape
to the exterior, between bands of diaper and keyfret, the waisted neck
with a floral meander and a blue chilong modelled in high relief at the
shoulder.

The tapering vessel finely enamelled with a scene of a peasant
rebellion, an inscription to the reverse; together with a grisaille-
enamelled brush pot decorated with a garden scene with scholars and
ladies at leisure, a running script passage to the reverse.
