                                                                                            Collection of J.P Reeves OBE, and thence by

                                                                                            J.P. Reeves was a member of the British
                                                                                            diplomatic corps and was stationed in the
                                                                                            Far East from 1933 until 1950. He started
                                                                                            his career in Beijing and finished as consul in
                                                                                            Macao.
