                       Incised upon    a  Figure  of ancient Bizen    ware.   Kichi,
                  the name    of the  maker.






                                                No. 510.
                       Stamped upon an Eagle of ancient Bizen ware.         Yei-zan.
                  Yeizan,  the name    of the maker.












                                                No.  51 1.
                       Stamped    and   incised  upon   a  Lion   of  ancient  Bizen
                  ware.   The lower characters    are Tei-ichi.    Teiichi, the name
                  of the maker.     The upper character reads Ko, and        is  pro-
                  bably his mark.






                                                No. 512.
                       Stamped upon an Ash Bowl of Bizen Hitasukc ware, said
                  to have been made about      1579  a.d.  The mark of the maker.






                                                No.  513.

                       Stamped upon a Water Jar of Bizen Migakite ware, said
                  to have been made about 1760 a.d.        The mark of the maker.
