Each dish has shallow, rounded sides and is
covered inside and out with an even glaze of
liver-red tone.

FORM DISH
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN
UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-
1795)
The shallow dish is carved in the interior
with a chrysanthemum blossom surrounded
by stylized leaves encircled by fve bats (wufu)
carved in the cavetto. The dish is covered
inside and out in a pale blue-green glaze.
