A BLUE AND WHITE BOWL
KANGXI-YONGZHENG PERIOD (1662-1735)
The sides are decorated in shades of blue with ladies in a garden
engaging in leisurely pursuits, and the interior with the ‘Three
Friends of Winter’ (bamboo, prunus and pine). The base is inscribed
with an apocryphal Xuande mark.
