AN ENGRAVED AND GILT ROCK CRYSTAL SNUFF BOTTLE
the bottle 1780-1850, the decoration later
Of rounded rectangular shape, the shoulders and narrow sides carved
with lion-mask elongated fixed-ring handles, an engraved scene
of a boat in a lake or coastal landscape on one side, the reverse
with two swallows darting beneath a willow tree, and blossoming
prunus;stopper.
