AN INSIDE-PAINTED CHALCEDONY SNUFF BOTTLE

Signed and dated bingyin year, corresponding to 1986
The pale transparent agate bottle of rounded rectangular shape
and probably circa 1800, the interior painted with two figures on
a mountain path pointing at the rider, presumably Meng Haoren,
crossing a bridge on his mule in a snowy landscape beneath a prunus
blossom; stopper.
