QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)

The vase is carved with an allover design of scrolls between
double-line borders, and covered with a crackled glaze of
bluish-beige color.

A RARE SGRAFFITO CIZHOU-TYPE VASE, MEIPING

JIN-YUAN DYNASTY (1115-1368)

The tapering vase is carved through the creamy-white slip to the
buff-colored ground with a broad band of foral scroll above a band of
leaf scroll and a band of upturned petal lappets above the foot, all under
a clear glaze.
