Ming Dynasty
The three amber glazed horses and one pony standing four-square
on rectangular bases, with green glazed trappings and elaborate
amber saddle blankets with green borders and fringing, the hooves,
manes, and tails painted black, the riders with detachable heads,
and each holding a musical instrument. The tallest: 34.5cm (13 5/8in)
high (8).

Han to Ming Dynasty
Comprising: a model of an equestrian in a red tunic, the horse with
finely detailed facial features, standing on a rectangular base; a
‘foreigner’ on horseback raised on a rectangular base, the rider’s
head modelled separately; and a further equestrian in a white tunic
on a red painted horse. The tallest: 43.5cm (17 1/8in) high (4).

A FAHUA-GLAZED FIGURE OF ZHONGLI QUAN
Ming Dynasty
The figure seated with a basket of herbs and flowers at his feet, clad
in a long flowing robe tied at the chest, his left hand resting on his
raised left knee, his right hand holding a fan, the face with gentle
expression beneath hair tied into two buns, partially covered in a
lustrous blue glaze. 26cm (10 1/4in) high
