Song to Yuan/Ming Dynasty
Comprising: a qingbai dish moulded with
chilong and scrolling foliage and lotus
sprays; a Dingyao lobed dish; a Dingyao
dish moulded with Mandarin ducks amongst
lotus within a border of fish amongst
waves; a Longquan celadon shallow bowl
moulded with twin fish to the centre; a lobed
Longquan bowl carved to the interior with
panels of foliate scroll motifs; and a cream
glazed baluster vase with ribbed neck and
everted rim.

A SMALL LONGQUAN CELADON-
GLAZED DISH AND A MOULDED DING
SAUCER DISH
13th century
The lobed celadon dish in the shape of a
chrysanthemum with a metal band applied to
the rim, together with a moulded Ding dish
with impressed design of lingzhi in the central
medallion, with copper band to the rim, one
fitted box. The Ding dish: 13.4cm (5 1/4in)
diam. (2).

MEIPING
Southern Song Dynasty
The box and cover with an olive green glossy
glaze and a carved decoration on the cover
of central lotus flower with leaf band on the
rim, the Meiping covered in a soft greyish-
green glaze suffused with craquelure, shallow
carved with subtle petal scroll. The Meiping:
19.5cm (7 3/4in) high (3).
