               A multi-color overlaid milky-white glass snuff bottle

               Well-hollowed, the baluster form bottle with a waisted neck, flat lip, subtly
               spreading circular foot ring, that form graceful bamboo branches behind
               rocks, a leafy peony flower and a butterfly hovering around a lotus pond with
               a pair of ducks swimming ducks under the sun peeking through clouds.

               A red overlaid ‘snowflake’ glass snuff bottle
               1800-1880
               Well-hollowed, of compressed globular form with a very subtly waisted neck,
               flat lip, wide oval foot ring, the bubble-suffused ground applied with cranberry-
               red overlay carved around the walls to portray a placid lotus pond with a
               catfish and an egret, some details rendered with carefully incised lines.
