題識： 千山鳥飛絕，萬徑人踪滅；
Scroll, mounted and framed, ink and colour on paper 孤舟簑笠翁，獨釣寒江雪。
60.3 x 104.4 cm. (23 Æ x 41 ¿ in.) 壬辰（1952年）十一月。
Inscribed and signed, with one seal of the artist 少昂寫唐人詩意。
Dated eleventh month, renchen year (1952) 裕源吾兄指正。

Lingnan school. In 1952, Zhao Shao’ang held travelling exhibitions
in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Penang, and received great
response from the local communities. Qiu acquired many paintings
from Zhao Shao’ang directly and the current painting is a highlight
from his collection.
