DRAGON TILE
Ming Dynasty
Modelled in high relief with a sinuous writhing
dragon, the head turned to the reverse, the
body boldly delineated with rows of scales,
a large undulating peony spray to one end,
decorated in green, ochre and cream glazes,
fitted metal stands.
