CABINET
19th century
Of rectangular form comprising a smaller top
cabinet and a larger bottom one, with two
sets of doors carved with facing dragons
flying amidst swirling clouds, the connecting
aprons with stylised scroll decoration in
relief, below the doors of the main cabinet
a shaped apron carved with similar swirling
clouds, the interior of the bottom cabinet with
one shelf and two short drawers, with brass
hinges and plates.

The rich amber toned two-panel doors fitted
with a centre stile, opening to reveal the
shelved interior, the legs of rounded section
joined by plain aprons and spandrels, the
cabinet fitted with brass hinges and lock
