A LARGE IMPERIAL ZITAN AND HUANGHUALI MIRROR STAND
18TH CENTURY
The stand is modelled as a recumbent deer with scrolling clouds issuing from its
mouth, forming a semi-circle on its back, all depicted in zitan. The octagonal base is
carved in huanghuali with stylised dragons.
