Life of Su Dongpo
Handscroll, ink on silk, signed Jiannan Li Zongmo, with sixteen artist’s
seals reading Zongmo(13), Xiaoqiao (2), and Li shi Shangxian, total
of thirteen scenes depicting the stories of Su Dongpo’s life, each
accompanied by an inscription, one collectors’ seals reading Wushi
hewu pingsheng zhenshang, and one additional seal, the frontpiece
and colophon both signed by Liang Shixian, ink on flecked-paper, the
frontpiece with one seal Ziyu changshou, the colophon with two seals
Liang shi Ziyu and Yahao bogu zhi shi.
