          A PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE ‘CHILONG’ INKSTONE
          QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
          The oval stand is carved to one side in relief with two confronting chilong
          amongst scrolling clouds. The recessed underside is inscribed with a seal
          mark reading ‘yong bao’ (cherish forever). The stone is of an even pale tone.
