foliate scrolls, surrounded by eight further flowers on a continuous    rim, the exterior painted in vivid cobalt blue with a dense ‘Indian’ lotus
leafy meander under the rim, the exterior similarly painted with eight  flower meander above a stylised lotus lappet band encircling the foot.

A blue and white circular tureen and cover
Qianlong
With reticulated crown finial and animal head handles, the cover with
bracket lobed rim, decorated with scattered flower sprays, the body
with scenes of figures before riverside pavilions set in tree-strewn
gardens.
