The archaic, pear-shaped vessel cast in the Han style, raised on a With three central, circular mandala-levels, illustrating elements for
high foot, the shoulders flanked with taotie mask handles suspending Meditation, containing four wrathful deities; the apex with a blue
loose rings, one face inscribed with a thirty-two character inscription, figure of Samantabhadra, The Primordial Buddha and Bodhisattva of
lamped. Mahayana Buddhism, embracing the white figure of Wisdom. The top
40cm (16in) high left and right each depicting five Dhyani within a circle; framed and
glazed.
