the rounded sides rising from a spreading foot and carved in
high relief with a meandering leafy lotus scroll, capped with a
central shou character to each side, the everted rim ß anked
with two winged dragon handles supporting loose rings, the
high domed cover similarly carved with lotus below a lotus bud
Þ nial, the stone of a deep spinach-green tone with lighter green
inclusions and dark green mottling
