All in the universe is pure and tranquil
The sun and moon shine luminously
The ve planets move unobstructed

The four seasons cycle in harmony
Rain and shine are punctual and timely
Diseases and disasters do not arise
The hundred grains are richly harvested
The ten thousand families are obedient and peaceful

Rituals and teachings are manifest
Punishments and justice are uncorrupted
Virtuous talents are gathered

Evil is suppressed and destroyed
The borders are without trouble
Soldiers and halberds have no use
Chinese and barbarians are united
Nation and home are everlasting

Society is prosperous and peaceful
Families and clans richly multiply
All under heaven and all on earth
